Which carriers and modules do you handle? +
The main French and international carriers: Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, UPS, DPD, GLS, DHL, TNT. Depending on your volume, I install either the dedicated official modules or a multi-carrier connector (Boxtal, Sendcloud) that centralizes everything in a single interface.
How much does carrier configuration cost? +
For a simple module with a standard weight grid: €300 to €600. With multiple carriers, international zones and pickup points: €800 to €2,000 depending on complexity. Precise quote after a quick audit of your catalog and sales zones.
How do weight-based pricing grids work? +
Each weight bracket (0-1kg, 1-2kg, 2-5kg...) has a dedicated rate per delivery zone. I calculate the brackets based on your products' real weight plus packaging, to avoid gaps between the rate shown to the customer and the actual cost charged by the carrier.
Do you ship internationally? How do you handle customs? +
Yes. For non-EU zones, I set up automatic generation of customs documents, your products' HS codes, and export VAT handling, on top of pricing grids specific to each zone (Europe, French overseas territories, Worldwide).
How do pickup points (Mondial Relay) work? +
I integrate a selector widget directly into checkout: the customer picks their pickup point on an interactive map before confirming the order. The chosen point's ID is then automatically passed to the shipping label.
Are labels and tracking automated? +
Yes. As soon as an order moves to preparation, the shipping label is generated automatically from your back-office, and a tracking email is sent to the customer at shipment time — no manual action needed on your side.
Is this compatible with PrestaShop, Shopify or WooCommerce? +
Yes, on all three platforms via their respective native modules. For a custom stack, I integrate the carrier APIs directly, or a multi-carrier connector like Boxtal or Sendcloud.
How long does the full setup take? +
Between 1 and 2 weeks for a standard project (2-3 carriers, weight grids, pickup points), including the initial audit, configuration and testing on real orders before going live.
