PrestaShop Expert France

Building high-performance
PrestaShop stores that convert.

PrestaShop remains one of the most powerful e-commerce platforms on the market, especially for European stores with large catalogs. But it's also one of the hardest to master. 10 years of exclusive PrestaShop experience let me deliver stores that are fast, secure and built to convert — across versions 1.6, 1.7, 8 and 9.

I know PrestaShop inside out: Symfony architecture, hooks, overrides, official and third-party modules, database tuning, payment integration, technical SEO. Whether you are launching a new store, rebuilding an existing one, or migrating from an old version to the latest, I have seen — and solved — every scenario. My approach: no miracle fix, just rigorous execution adapted to your specific business context.

Three kinds of request come up. Building, from a modest catalogue to thousands of references — Essentiel covers 500 products, Performance 2,000, beyond that we leave the packages. Migrating, almost always from an old 1.6 or 1.7 to version 8: that is where catalogue, customer accounts and above all indexed URLs are at stake, and with them the traffic you already have.

And taking over a store gone slow, often frozen by a pile of modules and overrides. There the audit comes before the quote: pricing without opening the code means getting it wrong.

FAQ

Frequent questions

How much does building a PrestaShop store cost? +
It depends on the scope. For a standard store (up to 1,000 products, theme adapted from the classic one, standard integrations): €3,500 to €8,000. For more ambitious projects (custom theme, custom modules, B2B, ERP integrations): €8,000 to €25,000. Free quote within 48h after the brief.
How long until my store goes live? +
A standard store is delivered in 6 to 10 weeks from brief to production launch. More complex projects can take 12 to 20 weeks. I provide a detailed schedule at the start of the project and stick to it.
Which PrestaShop version do you recommend? +
For a new store: PrestaShop 8.x (stable, performant, mature module ecosystem). PrestaShop 9 is brand new and some modules aren't compatible yet. For a migration from 1.7, I recommend moving straight to 8.x.
Can I manage my store myself after delivery? +
Absolutely. PrestaShop has a complete back-office to manage products, orders, customers and content. I offer 2-4h of training to make you fully autonomous. For technical maintenance (updates, security), a monthly contract is recommended.
How does migration from another CMS to PrestaShop work? +
Migration from WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento or an older PrestaShop version: import of catalog, customers and order history. 301 redirects set up to preserve SEO. Validation on staging before go-live. Typical timeframe: 4-8 weeks.
And after launch, what happens next? +
4 weeks of close follow-up included in the project. After that, a monthly maintenance contract starting at €149/month (backups, updates, monitoring, support). No commitment, cancellable anytime.
