How does subscription work? +
Pick a plan, pay by card (Stripe). You get an immediate welcome email with my access details and first actions. First intervention within 24 business hours.
Can I cancel any time? +
Yes. You manage your subscription directly from Stripe (link in welcome email). No justification, no commitment.
What happens in case of urgent issue? +
All plans include 24/7 uptime monitoring. In case of detected (or reported) incident, I respond within the plan SLA: 48h Essential, 12h Performance, 2h Premium.
Does this replace my host? +
No. Maintenance complements hosting. If you don't have suitable hosting, I can guide you (OVH, o2switch, Cloudways, AWS).
Which CMS do you support? +
PrestaShop (1.6, 1.7, 8, 9), Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, Magento, plus custom sites (PHP, Node, Laravel, Symfony).
Do you work with clients outside PACA? +
Yes, most of my clients are in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Lille, Nantes or abroad. Remote work has been my daily routine for 10 years with proven tools (Slack, Notion, Linear, Figma, daily video calls).
