  • Subscriptions : name, email, company, website. Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

  • Respond to your requests via the contact form
  • Manage subscriptions and billing (via Stripe)
  • Send newsletter (with your explicit consent)
  • Comply with our legal and accounting obligations

Processing is based on: your consent (newsletter, analytics), contract execution (subscriptions), our legitimate interest (responding to requests) and our legal obligations (billing).

Your data is processed by:

  • BoostMyPresta (data controller)
  • Stripe (payment processor — PCI-DSS compliant)
  • Cloudflare (contact form anti-bot protection)
  • Our hosting and email provider (EU)

6. Retention period

  • Contact messages: 3 years after last exchange
  • Billing data: 10 years (legal obligation)
  • Newsletter: until unsubscribe
  • Technical logs: 12 months maximum

In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to restrict processing
  • Right to data portability
